1. Click your name in the header to set up your manager profile (name, @alias, title, level).
2. Add engineers using the "+ Add Engineer" button in the sidebar. Name, @alias, and hire date are required.
3. Click an engineer to select them. Use the tabs (Cases, 1:1s, Projects, Articles, Promo, IP, Trends) to track their work.
4. Use the calendar to select dates. Entries are tied to the selected date. Meetings can be added per day.
Save As - First time only. Opens a browse dialog so you can pick where to save your backup JSON file.
Sync - After saving, the Sync button turns green. This means the tracker is linked to your JSON file. Every change auto-saves silently.
If the Sync button is red, you are not linked to a file. Click it to browse and load your existing backup.
Your JSON backup file contains sensitive engineer data. Store it somewhere secure.
Recommended: A locked-down SharePoint folder with restricted access.
Other options: Your local Documents folder, a personal OneDrive folder, or any location you control.
Cases - Track case work with case IDs and status.
1:1s - Log 1-on-1 conversations and action items.
Projects - Track project work with status.
Articles - Track knowledge articles with URLs.
Promo - Build promo evidence by section, evidence type, and leadership principles.
IP - Improve Plans (Focus, Pivot, Coaching/ZAF) with expectations, assessments, and weekly tracking.
Trends - Upload Uniview CSVs to see week/month/quarter charts per engineer.
Use Archive to export entries by date range. You can export and keep, or export and remove. Restore from archive anytime.
Data lives in two places: your browser's localStorage (automatic) and your linked JSON backup file (via Sync). Your JSON file is the real source of truth.
Meetings - Quick reference for your daily meetings with join links. Does not replace Outlook calendar invites.
To-Do - Your personal task list per day. Priority-coded, check off when done.
