Neocities instructions & code

How to publish this on Neocities:
  1. Go to neocities.org and create a free account.
  2. Create a new site and open the file manager.
  3. Create a new file called index.html (or edit the existing one).
  4. Click “Generate HTML” on this page, then click “Copy full index.html”.
  5. Paste everything into the index.html file on Neocities and save.
  6. Refresh your Neocities site in a new tab to see your portfolio live.
